No, the Morrison DNA Project tests Y-DNA which is only past from father to son. This DNA is used because it follows only the male line as our family name does. Your father may be tested, or another male relative who is in the Morrison line. So therefore, your father’s sister’s son would not be eligible to be tested for Morrison DNA. The son’s Y-DNA would follow his father’s male ancestral line not the Morrison line.
